Description

A delightful chicken salad made with tender chicken, creamy mayonnaise, and a kick from jalapeños.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Add the crunch by stirring in the red onion, celery, and jalapeños.
  3. Season and flavor by adding garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
