Description
A homemade version of the classic Crunchwrap Supreme that combines seasoned beef, melty cheese, and fresh toppings in a crispy tortilla.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Cooking spray or oil for frying
Instructions
- Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat until it’s no longer pink. Drain excess fat, then mix in taco seasoning and water.
- Assemble one tortilla by spreading nacho cheese in the center.
- Build the crunchwrap layers with seasoned beef, shredded cheddar, lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
- Dollop sour cream on top of the layers.
- Fold another tortilla on top and gently fold edges of the bottom tortilla over the filling to form a hexagon.
- Get a skillet ready, lightly greased with cooking spray or oil.
- Crunch it up by placing the wrapped crunchwrap seam-side down in the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
- Serve hot by slicing in half and enjoying the first crunchy bite!
Notes
Customize with additional toppings like jalapeños or black beans. Store uncooked wraps in the fridge for up to 2 days.
