Ingredients

- 2 cups cottage cheese (low-fat)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup sweetener (maple syrup or honey)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything is well mixed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to thicken and chill.
