Description

A rich, velvety Chocolate Mousse made with cottage cheese for a healthier twist.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup sweetener (maple syrup or honey)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender.

  3. Scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything is well mixed.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  5. Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to thicken and chill.
