- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 200g Camembert cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Flour (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to form a large triangle.
- Center the Camembert cheese in the middle of the triangle.
- Spread the cranberry sauce over the Camembert.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top of the cranberry layer.
- Cut slits into the edges of the pastry and fold them over to create a tree shape.
- Brush the pastry with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.
