Description

A stunning and delicious centerpiece for your holiday gatherings, featuring creamy Camembert, tart cranberry sauce, and crunchy pistachios enveloped in flaky puff pastry.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 200g Camembert cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Flour (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to form a large triangle.
  3. Center the Camembert cheese in the middle of the triangle.
  4. Spread the cranberry sauce over the Camembert.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top of the cranberry layer.
  6. Cut slits into the edges of the pastry and fold them over to create a tree shape.
  7. Brush the pastry with egg wash.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.
