Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in rice and allow to cook for a minute.
- Pour chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer until rice is cooked.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
- Slice chicken and serve over the rice mixture.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
