Description

A cozy and flavorful dish featuring seared chicken on a bed of tender rice covered in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in rice and allow to cook for a minute.
  4. Pour chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer until rice is cooked.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  6. Slice chicken and serve over the rice mixture.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.
