  • 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the prawns to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through, approximately 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the gochujang and heavy cream, mixing well. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, ensuring all pasta is coated with that delicious creamy mixture.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting according to your preference.
