Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package gnocchi
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until they float, usually about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and sauté until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Once the broccoli is tender, add the chopped kale to the skillet and cook until wilted, around 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cooked gnocchi and pesto sauce, making sure each piece is coated.
  6. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese if desired, and enjoy!
