Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as mozzarella or parmesan)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add cooked chicken and peas to the skillet. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Let it bubble while preparing the cheese.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheese until it melts smoothly into the sauce.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, mixing until well coated with the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with extra parmesan cheese.

Notes

For added flavor, use rotisserie chicken and consider adding onions or mushrooms when sautéing the garlic.
