- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as mozzarella or parmesan)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add cooked chicken and peas to the skillet. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Let it bubble while preparing the cheese.
- Stir in the shredded cheese until it melts smoothly into the sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, mixing until well coated with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra parmesan cheese.
Notes
For added flavor, use rotisserie chicken and consider adding onions or mushrooms when sautéing the garlic.
