Description

Delightful roasted baby potatoes enhanced with crispy bacon and sweet honey for a perfect side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as thyme or rosemary)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the halved baby potatoes, chopped bacon, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
