Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine the halved baby potatoes, chopped bacon, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
