- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs

- 1/2 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash the okra pods under cool water and pat them thoroughly dry.
- Trim off the top stems and tips of the okra pods; slice larger pods in half lengthwise.
- Prepare three dishes for breading: flour mixed with salt and pepper, beaten eggs, and a mixture of panko with seasonings.
- Bread the okra by coating in flour, dipping in eggs, and pressing into the panko mixture.
- Arrange the breaded okra on the baking sheet in a single layer and avoid overcrowding.
- Spray the tops of the okra with olive oil spray and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
