Description

Juicy chicken tenders fried to golden perfection, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat your oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, about ½ inch deep.
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Dip each chicken tenderloin into the flour, egg wash, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  4. Carefully place the tenders into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes each side.
  5. Remove the tenders from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispy tenders, use panko breadcrumbs and avoid overcrowding the pan while frying.
