- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

- ½ cup All-Purpose Flour

- ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions
- Prepare the Corn: If using canned corn, drain it thoroughly. If using frozen corn, thaw and pat it dry.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, crack the egg and whisk it until frothy.
- Mix Dry Ingredients and Cheese: Add flour, cheddar, mozzarella, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the egg. Stir until combined.
- Incorporate the Corn: Fold in the corn kernels into the cheese mixture.
- Mix Thoroughly: Ensure all ingredients are combined to form a thick and slightly sticky mixture.
- Form the Bites: Shape tablespoon-sized portions into small balls or discs.
- Prepare for Frying or Baking: For frying, heat oil to 350-375°F; for baking, preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Fry the Bites (or Bake): Fry for 2-3 minutes per side or bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain Excess Oil: Remove bites from oil and let them drain on paper towels.
- Cool Slightly and Serve: Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
