- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup Cold Unsalted Butter, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup Cold Water
- 1 tsp Dried Italian Herb Blend
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Incorporate cold butter into the flour mixture.
- Add cold water gradually until the dough holds together.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut the rolled dough into desired shapes.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Can freeze for up to a month.
