Description

Delicious homemade cheese crackers infused with Italian herbs, perfect for snacking or pairing with dips.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Cold Unsalted Butter, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup Cold Water
  • 1 tsp Dried Italian Herb Blend
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Incorporate cold butter into the flour mixture.
  4. Add cold water gradually until the dough holds together.
  5. Roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thick.
  6. Cut the rolled dough into desired shapes.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  8. Cool on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Can freeze for up to a month.
