Instructions
- Slice the onions into thick rings, about 1/2 inch thick.

- Dip each onion ring into the buttermilk, ensuring complete coverage.
- Coat each ring in the flour mixture, tapping off excess flour.
- Transfer the rings to the breadcrumbs and coat well.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the onion rings in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with dipping sauces.
