Description

Deliciously crispy baby potatoes coated in Parmesan cheese and spices, perfect for dinner parties or cozy family meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash your baby potatoes thoroughly under cold water and slice them in half.
  3. Combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the halved potatoes to the bowl and toss gently to coat.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and toss once more.
  6. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.

Notes

Cut potatoes to a similar size for even cooking. Don’t overcrowd the baking sheet for maximum crispiness.
