Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash your baby potatoes thoroughly under cold water and slice them in half.
- Combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the halved potatoes to the bowl and toss gently to coat.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and toss once more.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.
Notes
Cut potatoes to a similar size for even cooking. Don’t overcrowd the baking sheet for maximum crispiness.
