Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese. Toss gently.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
