Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 4 cups corn (frozen or canned)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and prep your kitchen.
  2. Place all ingredients in the slow cooker.
  3. Settle in with the slow cooking by covering the slow cooker and setting to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken after cooking, then return it to the pot.

  6. Let it rest on low for an additional 30 minutes.
