Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs steak (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Coat the steak: In a bowl, toss the steak pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place in the crockpot: Place the seasoned steak bites in the crockpot.
- Add the liquids: Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the steak.
- Cover & cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the steak is tender.
- Serve & garnish: Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the steak overnight if possible. Use tender cuts for the best texture. Add vegetables for a complete meal.
