Description

Tender, flavorful steak bites simmered in a crockpot, infused with garlic, onion, and smoked paprika.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs steak (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Coat the steak: In a bowl, toss the steak pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Place in the crockpot: Place the seasoned steak bites in the crockpot.
  3. Add the liquids: Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the steak.
  4. Cover & cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the steak is tender.
  5. Serve & garnish: Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the steak overnight if possible. Use tender cuts for the best texture. Add vegetables for a complete meal.
