Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Create the crust by combining chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Mix the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Blend in the melted dark chocolate and incorporate the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
