Description

A creamy and decadent cheesecake featuring a rich dark chocolate base swirled with vibrant raspberry puree, perfect for any special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup raspberry puree
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Create the crust by combining chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Mix the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Blend in the melted dark chocolate and incorporate the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Swirl in the raspberry puree gently into the cheesecake mixture.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set and the center has a slight jiggle.
