Description

Guilt-free Date Brownies made with wholesome ingredients for a healthy indulgence.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: dark chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Blend the pitted dates and walnuts in a food processor until a sticky mixture forms.
  3. Add the cocoa powder, almond flour, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Sprinkle dark chocolate chips on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
  7. Cool in the baking dish before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days at room temperature or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
