Ingredients

- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional: dark chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Blend the pitted dates and walnuts in a food processor until a sticky mixture forms.
- Add the cocoa powder, almond flour, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle dark chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
- Cool in the baking dish before cutting into squares.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days at room temperature or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
