Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Gently combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour a ladle of batter for each pancake into the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip.
- Stack the pancakes high, spreading Biscoff spread generously between each layer.
- Top with crushed Biscoff cookies and a drizzle of maple syrup before serving.
Notes
