A stack of fluffy pancakes layered with creamy Biscoff spread, topped with crushed Biscoff cookies and drizzled with maple syrup.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg

  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Gently combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour a ladle of batter for each pancake into the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip.

  7. Top with crushed Biscoff cookies and a drizzle of maple syrup before serving.

Notes

For additional flavor, consider adding banana slices or chocolate chips between pancake layers.
