Description

Delightful Digestive Biscuits that are quick to make and perfect with tea or as a dessert base.


Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g butter
  • 75g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits until fine crumbs.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then mix in sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Combine the crushed biscuits with the melted mixture until well mixed.
  5. Press the mixture into a lined baking tray, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
