Instructions

- Crush the digestive biscuits until fine crumbs.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then mix in sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Combine the crushed biscuits with the melted mixture until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking tray, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding cinnamon or crushed nuts. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
