Description

A sweet burst of sunshine, capturing the irresistible essence of orange creamsicles, perfect for spreading over warm toast or swirling into yogurt.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 packet (1.75 oz) fruit pectin
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the fresh orange juice, lemon juice, and granulated sugar in a large saucepan. Stir well and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the fruit pectin once the mixture reaches a rolling boil. Stir continuously for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the jelly into sterilized jars and seal them.
  5. Allow the jars to cool completely at room temperature before refrigerating.

Notes

Use freshly squeezed orange juice for the best flavor. Properly sterilize jars before use for longevity.
