- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 packet (1.75 oz) fruit pectin
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine the fresh orange juice, lemon juice, and granulated sugar in a large saucepan. Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Add the fruit pectin once the mixture reaches a rolling boil. Stir continuously for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the jelly into sterilized jars and seal them.
- Allow the jars to cool completely at room temperature before refrigerating.
Notes
Use freshly squeezed orange juice for the best flavor. Properly sterilize jars before use for longevity.
