Description

A simple and delicious turkey meatloaf recipe that brings comfort to the dinner table.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix until just combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Spread ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For moister meatloaf, consider adding chopped bell peppers or carrots to the mix. Leftover meatloaf can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and can be frozen for up to 3 months.
