- 2 oranges, juiced and zested
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the orange juice, lemon juice, zest, minced garlic, fresh thyme leaves, salt, pepper, and olive oil to create a marinade.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they’re well coated.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh thyme sprigs.
