Description

Light and refreshing roll-ups featuring creamy cheese, smoky salmon, and greens, perfect for Easter brunch.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • Capers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread the cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  2. Layer spinach leaves, smoked salmon, cucumber, and dill on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Roll the tortillas tightly, packing in the filling.
  4. Slice each rolled tortilla into pinwheels or halves.
  5. Arrange on a serving platter and garnish with capers if desired.
  6. Chill the roll-ups before serving.

Notes

These roll-ups can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Feel free to experiment with different fillings!
