- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces smoked salmon, sliced
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- Capers (optional)
Instructions
- Spread the cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer spinach leaves, smoked salmon, cucumber, and dill on top of the cream cheese.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, packing in the filling.
- Slice each rolled tortilla into pinwheels or halves.
- Arrange on a serving platter and garnish with capers if desired.
- Chill the roll-ups before serving.
