- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in gochujang and soy sauce, mixing well.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until they’re just tender.
- Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Adjust the gochujang for desired heat level. Can substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken.
