Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (like bell peppers and broccoli)
  • Green onions, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in gochujang and soy sauce, mixing well.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and cook until they’re just tender.
  6. Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Adjust the gochujang for desired heat level. Can substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken.
