Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb flank steak, sliced thinly
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned, about 3–4 minutes.
  3. Add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the skillet, and stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and cornstarch. Pour the mixture over the steak and vegetables, stirring to combine.
  5. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
