Description

Deliciously crispy baked chicken tenders that retain their crunch, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken tender first in the beaten eggs, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle the chicken tenders with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.

Notes

For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs. Can be made gluten-free with gluten-free breadcrumbs.
