- 1 pound chicken breast tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken tender first in the beaten eggs, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the chicken tenders with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Notes
For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs. Can be made gluten-free with gluten-free breadcrumbs.
