Delicious pinwheels made with creamy cheese and fresh spinach wrapped in flaky puff pastry, perfect as an appetizer or snack.

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 sheets puff pastry
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and fresh spinach.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread a generous portion of the spinach and cheese mixture onto each puff pastry sheet.
- Roll the pastry sheet tightly into a log shape.
- Slice the rolled log into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen unbaked and baked later.
