Description

Ingredients

  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pasta by bringing a pot of salted water to a rolling boil and cooking according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated in the creamy sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
