- 12 large pasta shells
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese mixture.
- Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in a baking dish and arrange the stuffed shells on top.
- Pour remaining marinara sauce over the shells and drizzle with olive oil.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
