Description

Delight in these creamy spinach and ricotta stuffed shells, perfect for cozy dinners and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce in a baking dish and arrange the stuffed shells on top.
  6. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the shells and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
