Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain and press the tofu, then cut it into even 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
  4. Toss the tofu cubes in the marinade until well coated.
  5. Arrange the marinated tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Pressing the tofu helps achieve a crispy texture. Experiment with different herbs based on your preference.
