Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain and press the tofu, then cut it into even 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
- Toss the tofu cubes in the marinade until well coated.
- Arrange the marinated tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Pressing the tofu helps achieve a crispy texture. Experiment with different herbs based on your preference.
