Description

A comforting bowl of pasta with rich garlic and Parmesan flavors, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of noodles (spaghetti or fettuccine)
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently over low heat, adding a splash of cream or milk to revive the sauce’s smooth texture.
