Ingredients

- 8 ounces of noodles (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked noodles to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently over low heat, adding a splash of cream or milk to revive the sauce’s smooth texture.
