Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into evenly-sized wedges, about 1 inch thick.
- In a large bowl, drizzle the wedges with olive oil and maple syrup, then sprinkle with cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
