Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into evenly-sized wedges, about 1 inch thick.
  3. In a large bowl, drizzle the wedges with olive oil and maple syrup, then sprinkle with cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a preheated oven or toaster oven for optimal crispiness.
