Ingredients
- Mini pitas
- Pizza sauce
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toppings of choice (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)
- Olive oil
- Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place mini pitas on a baking sheet.
- Lightly brush pitas with olive oil.
- Spread pizza sauce on each pita.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Add your choice of toppings.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
For an extra crispy bottom, place the baking sheet on the lower rack. You can also experiment with different cheeses or use BBQ sauce instead of pizza sauce.
