- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about 1/4 inch thick, then cut into small squares or circles.
- Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread a layer of pizza sauce generously on each piece of dough.
- Top each mini pizza with shredded mozzarella cheese and a variety of diced veggies.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a crispier crust, let the dough come to room temperature before rolling it out. Feel free to swap out vegetables based on preference or availability.
