Instructions
- Prepare the Graham cracker crust by combining crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
- Assemble the crust in cups, packing it down evenly.
- Mix the creamy cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla.
- Scoop the cheesecake filling into the cups over the crust.
- Prepare the strawberry topping by marinating sliced strawberries with lemon juice and optional honey.
- Top the cheesecake cups with marinated strawberries.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
