Description

A simple, creamy, and comforting one-pan dish featuring tender gnocchi and fresh spinach, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package gnocchi
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add the gnocchi to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to brown slightly.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, allowing the sauce to thicken.
  4. Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with a side salad or garlic bread and pair with white wine.
