Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the gnocchi to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to brown slightly.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, allowing the sauce to thicken.
