Description

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread (your choice)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (optional)
  • Lemon juice (optional)
  • Toppings (e.g., cherry tomatoes, red pepper flakes, feta cheese, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
  2. While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl.
  3. Mash the avocado with a fork, adding salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice to taste.
  4. Once the toast is ready, spread the mashed avocado evenly on each slice.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil if desired and top with your favorite toppings.
  6. Serve immediately while the toast is still warm.

Notes
