Instructions
- Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
- While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork, adding salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice to taste.
- Once the toast is ready, spread the mashed avocado evenly on each slice.
- Drizzle with olive oil if desired and top with your favorite toppings.
- Serve immediately while the toast is still warm.

Store leftover avocado mash in an airtight container with lemon juice to prevent browning.
