Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and corn, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover until melted and bubbly.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with warm tortillas.
