Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until soft.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and corn, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover until melted and bubbly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with warm tortillas.
