- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- In a baking dish, arrange the chicken breasts evenly.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken breasts to cover them completely.
- Top with chopped spinach and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- If desired, add breadcrumbs for a crunchy topping.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Feel free to mix in other veggies, or use different cheeses. Leftover rotisserie chicken can be used for faster prep.
