Description

A quick and delicious teriyaki chicken bowl that’s perfect for a satisfying meal with a balance of flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  2. Pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir to coat the chicken.
  3. Add the broccoli and bell peppers, cooking until the vegetables are tender.
