- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the ricotta cheese and softened butter until smooth.
- Add in the granulated sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract, mixing until well combined.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the ricotta mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
