- 2 tbsp honey

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Halve the pears lengthwise and scoop out a little of the center to create a cavity for the filling.
- Mix together the crumbled blue cheese, chopped walnuts, and honey until well combined.
- Stuff each pear half generously with the blue cheese mixture.
- Bake the stuffed pears on a baking sheet for about 10-15 minutes, until tender.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
Select ripe pears for the best flavor. You can substitute blue cheese with goat cheese for a milder taste.
