Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound fresh crab meat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, parsley, lemon juice, and beaten egg in a large bowl.
  3. Gently mix until just combined.
  4. Form the mixture into large balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.

Notes

Use lump crab meat for the best texture and flavor. Ensure your crab is fresh and consider using Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a healthier option.
