Description

A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy whipped mixture and ripe mangoes, perfect for warm days and family gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe mangoes, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pack graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Mix the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture gently.
  4. Layer the bottom of a baking dish with graham crackers.
  5. Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the graham crackers, followed by a layer of sliced mangoes.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream mixture on top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled, and consider pairing with vanilla ice cream or fresh mint leaves. Keep leftovers stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
