- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic in a skillet until soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Combine the shrimp, sautéed vegetables, heavy cream, cheese, eggs, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
- Pour the shrimp mixture into the prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the filling is set and the top is a lovely golden brown.
