Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Blend the eggs, milk, flour, and salt in a blender until smooth.
  3. Melt the butter in a large cast-iron skillet or oven-safe pan in the oven.
  4. Pour the batter into the hot skillet once the butter has melted.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.
  6. Serve with powdered sugar, lemon juice, or syrup.
