Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Blend the eggs, milk, flour, and salt in a blender until smooth.
- Melt the butter in a large cast-iron skillet or oven-safe pan in the oven.
- Pour the batter into the hot skillet once the butter has melted.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Serve with powdered sugar, lemon juice, or syrup.
