Description

A delightful combination of crispy French fries and succulent chicken kebabs, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cumin to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into fry shapes and soak them in water for 30 minutes.
  2. While the potatoes soak, preheat oil in a fryer or deep pan to approximately 350°F (175°C).
  3. After soaking, drain the potatoes and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
  4. Fry the potatoes in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
  5. Cut the chicken into cubes and mix with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  6. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  7. Grill or cook the chicken on a pan until fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  8. Serve the fries hot alongside the chicken kebabs, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Ensure potatoes are completely dry before frying for maximum crispiness. Experiment with different spices for the chicken.
